Shipping policy

Caravans:

Free delivery within two hours of Auckland, including setup and handover — contact us for nationwide delivery. We can normally arrange for delivery anywhere in NZ at a reasonable price.

Accessories:

Some Items are shipped directly from our Auckland warehouse: Unit 1 & 2, 43 The Concourse, Henderson, Auckland 0610, New Zealand

Other items will be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers - you will see "Ships directly from our New Zealand based distributor" on the product page: 

We aim to ship orders within 24 business hours.

For Rural Deliveries, you will be asked at checkout if your delivery address is Rural - if so, an additional charge will apply 

Smaller Items will be shipped with NZ Post where possible.

Larger items will be shipped with Kiwi Express Oversize, or our distributors prefered vendor.

Any delivery instructions are required at the time of purchase. It is the receiver's responsibility to inspect goods before accepting; if goods are damaged upon delivery, this must be noted on the delivery note so a claim process can be arranged with the freight company.
