Add a second warm-air outlet to a compatible AUTOTERM Air 4D installation with this 90mm ducting and vent kit. It is designed to branch an existing hot-air run in a caravan, motorhome, campervan or suitable marine installation.
What the kit does
The 45-degree Y adapter divides an existing 90mm hot-air duct run, while the supplied ducting, flange and closeable vent create the additional outlet. The kit contains no electrical components and does not change the heater's voltage, fuel system or heat output.

Compatibility checks
- Designed for AUTOTERM Air 4D installations using 90mm hot-air ducting.
- Not intended as the equivalent kit for an AUTOTERM Air 2D, which uses a different ducting size and layout.
- Check the existing duct diameter, available routing space and proposed outlet position before ordering.
- The Air 4D heater outlet requires a separate 96-to-90mm outlet adapter before 90mm ducting. That heater-outlet adapter is not listed as part of this additional-outlet kit.
Important airflow requirement
AUTOTERM's installation instructions require at least one outlet in a multi-outlet system to be non-closable. The vent supplied in this kit is closeable, so the existing main outlet must remain permanently open or another non-closable outlet must be retained. Do not configure every outlet so it can be shut at the same time.
Route the ducting without crushing, narrowing or excessive bends. Restrictions increase airflow resistance and may reduce heating performance or contribute to overheating.
What is not included
The AUTOTERM Air 4D heater, control panel, heater-outlet adapter, fuel-system parts, electrical components, duct clamps, mounting screws and installation labour are not listed as included. Confirm any extra fittings required for your specific layout before purchase.
Installation guidance
Plan the branch and outlet position so warm air can circulate safely and the duct remains clear of heat-sensitive surfaces. A competent caravan, motorhome or marine heating installer should assess unfamiliar or complex layouts. Follow the current AUTOTERM installation manual for the heater.

Does this kit include the AUTOTERM Air 4D heater?
No. This is an additional warm-air outlet and ducting kit only.
Can I use it with an AUTOTERM Air 2D?
No. This kit is specified for the Air 4D and its 90mm hot-air ducting arrangement. Air 2D installations use a different duct size.
Can both outlets be closeable?
No. AUTOTERM requires at least one outlet to remain non-closable so the heater always has an open warm-air path.
Do I need the 96-to-90mm heater outlet adapter?
An Air 4D needs that adapter where 90mm ducting connects directly to the heater. It is not listed in this kit, so confirm whether your existing installation already has one.
Is this an electrical 12V accessory?
No electrical components are listed. It is a mechanical ducting and outlet kit, but the complete installation still needs to be checked against the exact Air 4D system and layout.
