This kit is supplied as earlier AUTOTERM assembly 2759. AUTOTERM now identifies the current assembly as AT5-0029-A24 and records 2759 as the previous assembly number.

Heater compatibility
AUTOTERM lists this mounting plate design for all modifications of:
- AUTOTERM Air 2D, previously known as PLANAR 2D
- AUTOTERM Air 4D, previously known as PLANAR 44D
- PLANAR 4DM, as listed by the New Zealand supplier
It is not listed by AUTOTERM for Air 8D, Air 9D or Flow heaters. Choose the mounting solution specified for the installed heater model.
Mounting plate kit or mounting bracket?
This product is the two rubber plate and four-stud kit. It is not a stainless-steel mounting bracket, underfloor mounting box, heater, exhaust fitting or complete installation kit.
Installation checks
- Confirm the heater model is an Air 2D or Air 4D before ordering.
- Install the heater on a flat surface and ensure the heater casing does not contact the surrounding surface.
- AUTOTERM instructs installers to replace the studs supplied with the heater when these mounting plates are used. Use the four studs supplied with this kit.
- Check the intake, exhaust, fuel-line openings, heater orientation and required clearances against the current AUTOTERM installation manual.
- Protect the installation from water, condensate, dirt, excessive vibration and heat, and use a suitably qualified installer if you are unsure.
What is included?
Two 3 mm rubber mounting plates and four studs. The diesel heater, stainless-steel bracket, mounting box, ducting, exhaust, combustion-air intake, fuel system, wiring and sealant are not included.

Yes. AUTOTERM lists the mounting plates for all modifications of the Air 2D and Air 4D.
What is the difference between 2759 and AT5-0029-A24?
AUTOTERM lists AT5-0029-A24 as the current assembly and records 2759 as the previous assembly number. This listing is supplied under assembly 2759.
Are these stainless-steel mounting plates?
No. AUTOTERM specifies two rubber plates, each 3 mm high. A stainless-steel mounting bracket or mounting box is a different product.
Do the plates replace the standard heater studs?
The AUTOTERM installation manual says the studs provided with the heater must be replaced with longer studs when the mounting plates are used. Four studs are included in this kit.
