Automatic engagement and safe use
Automatic engagement means the handset commands the rollers onto and away from the tyres. Follow the supplied Powrtouch instructions: disconnect the caravan from mains power, use the isolator correctly, wait for the engagement sequence to finish, and confirm the rollers are properly positioned before releasing the handbrake.
- Use the mover only for controlled caravan positioning. It is not a parking brake or a jacking point.
- Keep people clear while manoeuvring and practise in an open area before using it in a confined site.
- Apply the caravan handbrake before disengaging the rollers.
- Fully disengage the rollers, switch the system off and remove the isolation key before towing.
