Installation and compatibility
Confirm the available depth and measure the supplied unit before cutting a panel. Disconnect the power source before installation, connect the red lead to positive and the black lead to negative, then secure the faceplate with the supplied screws. Use correctly sized wiring and circuit protection for your installation. If you are unsure, use a suitably qualified automotive or marine electrical installer.
Fast-charging performance depends on the connected device and cable supporting USB-C PD or USB-A QC. Devices without a compatible fast-charging protocol can still charge at the rate they negotiate with the outlet.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a 12V USB outlet only?
No. It accepts 12–24V DC input, so it can suit compatible 12V and 24V systems.
Does it have both USB-C and standard USB-A?
Yes. The left port is USB-C PD3.0 and the right port is USB-A QC3.0.
Can both ports be used together?
Yes. The outlet is designed to charge two compatible devices, with up to 18W available per port and up to 36W combined.
Is it suitable for a caravan or motorhome?
Yes, provided the system voltage, mounting space, wiring and circuit protection suit the installation. For boats or exposed locations, install it where it is protected from moisture because no waterproof rating is stated.
What size opening do I need?
The faceplate is 90 × 41mm and the rear body is approximately 60 × 29.6mm. Check the actual unit and available rear clearance before making a cut-out.
