The Victron Orion-Tr isolated DC-DC charger remote cable is used when the remote on/off signal is referenced to the secondary battery, such as a lithium battery controlled by a BMS.
On isolated Orion-Tr DC-DC chargers, the standard remote on/off circuit is referenced to the primary or starter battery. This genuine Victron cable provides the appropriate interface for secondary-battery-referenced control signals.
